Opt. 1 " The Basic"
This building is designed for basic storage. Comes with all of features listed under "standard features above" This is a great entry level garage or strorage building.

Opt.2 "Standard"
This building has everything the "basic" has, plus we cover all the walls with 2.5" insulation. The overhead garage door is also upgraded to an insulated version. This building will keep you cooler in the summer, and warmer in the winter. It is perfect for the "Average Joe" who wants to work on a project, but be able to control the working environment in which it is done.

Opt. 3 "Premium"
This building has everything the "basic" has, but comes with the "Commercial Girt Frame Package", and a heavy duty insulated roll up door. The Commercial Girt Pkg. allows the purchaser easier access to "Finish off the interior of the building. It frames the wall to allow for 2"x6" insulation in the sidewalls, and in the roof, and keeps everything 24"o.c. for future finishing.
